At the helm of our lesson program is
Head Instructor, Jessica Hall. Jessica
has been beside, over, under or on a
horse as long as she can remember and
has never lost her initial love for the
horse and the sport. She has trained and competed nationally and
internationally in both Dressage and Show Jumping events throughout her
Jessica is a lifetime learner and while she holds a Master’s Degree in War History, she also proudly serves as a teacher, judge and assessor for the Canadian Pony Club. She also believes that one can never stop learning and evolving as a coach and rider and she continues to partake in clinics and seminars as often as possible to not only advance her knowledge of the equestrian sport, but also to deepen her knowledge of horsemanship in general.
When not at the barn, you will find Jessica at her store ‘The Tudor Tack Shoppe’ -which sells consignment equestrian products. The store reflects her passion and her wish to bring the experience of horses and riding to everyone, no matter their budget.

Stacey McIntyre

Stacey McIntyre
CHA Level 2 – English & Western
Stacey grew up in Victoria, BC with a big
love for horses. She started riding English at
the age of six and spent her teen years
concentrating on honing her skills in
dressage and jumping and working in
various stables in the greater Victoria area including working with the Royal Lipizzaner Stallions. In 2007 she moved to Alberta and
became involved with cattle penning, sorting and backcountry riding.
Stacey enjoys sharing her 30 years of knowledge with riders of all ages and
disciplines and is pleased to be a part of the Colchester Team.

Amy Fredrick
CHA Level 2 English & Western
A seasoned Horseman, Amy brings over 20
years experience of working with youth
and horses to her teaching. She has a
special interest in working with young
people that face various life challenges and
special needs. Amy believes working with
horses help people grow in every aspect of
life not just in their horsemanship.
You may see Amy around organizing our
special event days or jumping and competing with her horse Einstein.
